AutoEnergy was established in 2022 as a result of a merger between Fuelmatics AB, a pioneer within automatic fueling for liquid and gaseous fuels, and Powerswap AB, an innovative startup in battery swapping systems for electric vehicles. As a result of the merger, AutoEnergy has become the only company in the world that offers autonomous systems for all types of vehicles and fuels.
